"Fashion sighs after trends. I want timeless elegance" these were the words of Yohji Yamamoto in one of his interviews. Like his words imply, his collections have never been seen to be trendy but have shown craftsmanship, attention to detail, Androgyny and epitomize Avant-garde fashion in every way, which is one of the many reasons why I admire him as a designer and his work. These are a few images from his collections over the years I particularly like the Fall 2006 collection.
